Josh has seven years of digital marketing and entrepreneurship experience. Prior to Linkflow, he got his MBA from Kellogg. Josh loves all the learning and camaraderie that comes with running and growing a small business. He is based in Austin, TX. His most recent obsession is pickleball, and he loves to travel and play with his pup, Ollie.
Erika Taylor
COO
Erika brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and project management to Linkflow. She is responsible for building the brand and general agency operations. A native Seattle-ite, when she isn’t working, Erika enjoys hiking with her dog (even in the rain), traveling, learning to play pickleball, and cheering on her son’s college hockey team.
Brittney Fred
Head of SEO
Brittney has been working in SEO and digital marketing for ten years and specializes in content strategy for the B2B SaaS industry. She is based in Denver, CO and absolutely fits the Denverite stereotype. You’re just as likely to find her hiking, snowboarding, or doing yoga as reading sci-fi or playing video games.
Ivy Roush
Head of Link Operations
Ivy was born and raised in the Bay Area and now resides in Bath, UK. Ivy comes to Linkflow with two years of start-up experience working in Operations. During her free time she loves to travel, hike, meditate, and spend time with her dog, Ruby.
Wendy Keller
Head of Client Success
Wendy comes to Linkflow with ten years of experience in building strong relationships and helping clients achieve successful outcomes in the event, fundraising, and digital advertising spaces. Originally hailing from Philadelphia (Go Phillies!), she currently resides in South Jersey with her husband and two sons. Wendy is passionate about helping others and has been a volunteer mentor since 2010. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys reading, watching baseball (The Fightin Phils and her son’s college team), traveling with her family, and staying active.

Nadine has 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specializing in SEO with a background in Paid Media. She is passionate about all things Search Engine Optimization and Content Strategy and how it relates to the entire user journey. Nadine lives in Louisville, Kentucky, and loves spending time with her German Shepherd and practicing yoga and dance in her free time.
Daniel Horning
SEO Strategist
Daniel is a man of faith, family and friends. He’s been wrangling Google algorithm updates for 14 years, helping thousands of small-to-medium businesses own their local consumer potential. When he’s not fine-tuning a brand’s GBP to push them into the 3-pack, you can find him jumping in the pool with his wife and kids, gardening, playing his guitar or mucking out one of his horse stalls or chicken coop. He loves a good brew – especially Guinness on tap, Belching Beaver’s Peanut Butter Milk Stout or something local. And/or anything caffeinated especially cold/nitro brew (coffee or beer).
Jay Omanson
SEO Strategist
Jay has worked in digital marketing for more than 12 years for companies of all sizes, ranging from 30M – 1.5B and in B2B, B2C and DTC. In addition to working with enterprise clients at Linkflow, he manages paid media and does digital marketing for dental practices. Jay is from Madison, WI where he resides with his wife Courtney and their three daughters (whose names all begin with C!). Outside of work, he loves vegetable gardening and fly fishing, and has lived all over the country as both a kid and adult (ID, UT, MI, NJ, TX, IL, CO, OK, WI).

As a recent addition to our Link Operations team, he brings a variety of skills related to firm management and customer relationships. A hardcore Barcelona and Patriots supporter, this history buff spends his spare time watching sports, going to music concerts, and enjoying the latest Stand Up comedy special.

Betsy is a born writer with a nose for typos, an eye on the big picture, and an unshakable commitment to the customer. She has decades of cross-industry agency experience in content marketing, social media, and positioning. A die-hard Nor’Easter from Long Island and Philly, she lives for dogs, rock concerts, and her teenage daughter.
Kate Fylstra

Kate is a jack of all (operational and administrative) trades, and after two+ years helping to grow a start-up coaching business, joined Linkflow. After spending 12 years on the move as a Navy family, Kate and her husband, along with three kids and an ever-varying amount of animals, settled in rural southern New Jersey. There, she can be found running around the neighborhood or reading a good book on the couch (in between driving kids to activities, of course!).
