Terms & Conditions

Please review these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully. By checking the acknowledgement box at checkout, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these terms with respect to the one-time SEO + AI Kickstart project (“Project”).

One-Time Engagement

This Agreement covers a single, one-time SEO + AI Kickstart project. It does not establish a subscription, ongoing retainer, or continuing obligation by either party beyond delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables.

Payment Terms

• The total project fee is $997.
• Payment is due in full before the Project begins. Work will not commence until payment is received.
• Payments made by credit card may incur a processing fee of 2.5%.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started. If the Client cancels before work begins, the Company will issue a full refund.

Deliverables & Timeline

• Deliverables will be described in the Client’s project confirmation email.
• The Project is deemed complete once the agreed deliverables are provided, regardless of whether the Client chooses to implement the recommendations.
• The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as search engine rankings, lead generation, or revenue increases), as performance depends on factors outside the Company’s control.

Ownership of Work

• The Client will own the final deliverables produced for the Project.
• The Company retains ownership of any underlying tools, templates, processes, or proprietary methods used to create the deliverables.
• Any pre-existing materials or third-party assets incorporated into the deliverables remain the property of their respective owners.

Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the Project. Confidential information may only be used for purposes of fulfilling this Agreement and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Portfolio Use

The Client grants the Company the right to display non-confidential aspects of the Project (such as strategy outlines, anonymized results, or design samples) in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of revenue or profits).
• The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the total fee paid by the Client for the Project.
• The Client acknowledges that SEO results are inherently variable and influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, and other external factors beyond the Company’s control.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. No amendment shall be valid unless in writing and agreed to by both Parties.

Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
